Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the special nature of our products, return options are limited. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

General Rule

Returns based solely on a change of mind are generally not accepted for pre-orders, individually sourced products, or items released in China.

Returns are only accepted under the conditions described below.

In-Stock Items (Germany Warehouse)

If a product is in stock and shipped directly from our German warehouse, you may return it within 14 days after delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

The item must:

  • be unused,
  • remain in its original condition,
  • and include the original packaging and all accessories.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our mistake (for example incorrect shipment or transport damage).

Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

For Pre-Orders or Custom Orders (products not currently in stock and specifically imported, produced, or ordered for you), the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

These products are excluded from cancellation or return once production or import procedures have started.

Deposits for pre-orders are usually non-refundable unless the manufacturer cancels production or other exceptional circumstances outside the customer’s control occur.

If a cancellation request is exceptionally accepted, we reserve the right to deduct already incurred non-recoverable costs such as:

  • supplier deposits,
  • production expenses,
  • transaction or payment processing fees.

Damages, Defects & Missing Parts

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, you must contact us within 72 hours after delivery.

Please provide clear photo evidence of both the product and the packaging.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • replacement parts (if available),
  • repair solutions,
  • a refund or partial refund.

Refunds & Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected, or once the provided evidence has been verified.

Please allow up to approximately 14 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • used products,
  • opened or modified items,
  • products not returned in original condition.

Custom-made products and limited-edition statues are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Minor cosmetic imperfections typical for resin or polystone products (such as tiny paint marks or small surface variations) are not considered defects.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return request, please contact our customer service within the applicable timeframe.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • product details,
  • and photos if the request concerns damage or defects.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number for the return process.
