How does a preorder work?
When you place a preorder (either over partial payment or full payment), you buy a statue that is still in production and doesn't exist (yet). When the statue is released, we will ship it from China to Germany with sea freight, which can take some time. When the statues arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we will ship it to you.
How does partial payment work?
When placing an order via partial payment (which is only available for preorders), you only pay a part of the full price of the statue. Once the statue arrives in Germany for the customs clearance, we will inform you that the remaining payment of your statue is due and you have 10 days, to pay the remaining amount. When the statue arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we will then sent the statue to you.
Do any additional fees apply?
No, all additional fees like shipping or customs clearance expenses are already included in the price you pay at the checkout. You will not have to worry about anything!
Where do the statues come from?
Almost all of the statues you see in our shop come from China, because China is the domicile of the studios which design and produce the statues you see in our shop.
What are resin figures?
Resin figures are high-quality collectible statues made primarily from resin or polystone materials. Unlike standard PVC figures, resin statues are known for their exceptional detail, larger scale, and premium craftsmanship. Many pieces are produced in limited quantities, making them highly sought after by collectors worldwide. Due to their hand-painted finish and artistic design, resin figures are often considered display pieces rather than standard toys or mass-produced figures.
