When you place a preorder, you buy a statue that is still in production and doesn't exist (yet). When the statue is released, we will ship it from China to Germany with sea freight, which can take some time. When the statues arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we will ship it to you.

Partial Payments will soon be available.

When placing an order via partial payment (which is only available for preorders), you only pay a part of the full price of the statue. Once the statue arrives in Germany for the customs clearance, we will inform you that the remaining payment of your statue is due and you have 10 days, to pay the remaining amount. When the statue arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we will then sent the statue to you.

No, all additional fees like shipping or customs clearance expenses are already included in the price at the checkout.

All of the statues you see in our shop are handicrafted made in mainland China. China is the domicile of the studios which design and produce the statues you see in our shop.

For the time being we only ship inside Europe.
