Shipping & Delivery

Our products are packed carefully and shipped through trusted logistics partners.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status at any time.

Delivery Times

Please note: Sea freight/economy shipping depends on the package size, weight, and destination country and may not be available for all regions. Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other external circumstances may occur.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping from China to Germany is included in the product price and may be recalculated at checkout or before shipment depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping from Germany to the final customer is not included in the product price and will be calculated during checkout or before shipment.

Direct shipping from China to the customer is only partially included. Any additional amount required will be shown during checkout.

For international orders, additional import duties, taxes (such as VAT), or local handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In selected regions or during promotional campaigns, free shipping or tax-free shipping may be offered. This will be clearly stated in the product description or at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

For shipments outside Germany, the customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges.

In certain cases, we may declare a supportive customs value to simplify the import process. However, we cannot guarantee that all customs fees or taxes will be waived.

Packaging & Damages

As many of our products are fragile (for example resin or polystone statues), we use strong original packaging together with additional protective materials.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please take photos of both the packaging and the product immediately and contact our customer service within 72 hours. We will do our best to organize replacement parts or possible repairs.

For spare parts, if available, the manufacturer may cover the cost until shipment to us. International shipping costs for spare parts are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Order Status (Pre-Orders / In-Stock Items)

In-Stock Items

Products marked as in stock are ready for shipment and are usually dispatched within approximately 2–7 business days after payment is received.

Pre-Orders

For pre-orders, a deposit or full payment is required once the product has been officially announced.

As soon as the item becomes available and arrives at our warehouse, we will inform you, provide updates or product photos if necessary, and arrange shipment once everything is prepared.

Please note that all delivery time estimates are non-binding and subject to change.

Cancellations & Returns

No cancellation for pre-orders

Pre-ordered items cannot normally be cancelled before delivery unless mandatory legal rights apply. Delivery delays alone generally do not entitle the customer to cancel the order.

Pre-order cancellation / reversal

If you request a cancellation despite these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the cancellation or deduct non-recoverable costs already incurred, including:

  • Non-refundable transaction or payment provider fees
  • Deposits or production costs already paid to manufacturers or suppliers
  • Custom production costs, individually sourced materials, or transport expenses already incurred

Legal right of withdrawal

The statutory consumer withdrawal rights under German law remain unaffected. However, the withdrawal period generally begins only after the goods have been delivered.

Returns after delivery

Returns may be accepted in cases of defects, shipping damage, or missing parts. Immediate contact and proof (such as photos) are required.

Unless the issue was caused by us or by transport damage, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

If a product is marked as a “Pre-Order” or “Custom Order,” the item is currently not in stock and will only become available after production or import procedures are completed. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

Pre-Order Delivery Times

Any estimated delivery dates or statements such as “expected in …” are non-binding estimates only.

Delays may occur due to production issues, shipping delays, supplier limitations, or supply chain disruptions.
