Payment Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience as secure and convenient as possible. Please review the following payment information carefully before placing an order.

All transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store or have direct access to your full card details.

Pre-Orders & Deposits

Certain products are offered exclusively as Pre-Orders or Custom Orders.

To reserve these products, a deposit (usually around 30–50% of the total product price) is required during checkout.

The remaining balance becomes due once the item has been released and is ready for shipment, or within a timeframe communicated to you in advance.

Deposits are generally non-refundable, except in rare situations such as manufacturer cancellation or similar circumstances beyond your control.

Full Payment Option

Customers may also choose to pay the full amount at the time of placing the order.

In this case, no further product payments will be required before shipment, except for possible shipping costs, customs duties, or import fees not included in the product price.

Payment Terms & Deadlines

Once your pre-ordered item becomes available, we will contact you regarding the remaining payment (if applicable).

Final payments should usually be completed within 10 days after notification or product release.

If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit to cover costs already incurred.

Refunds & Cancellations

Pre-orders generally cannot be cancelled once production or the import process has begun, unless cancellation is required by law.

Delivery delays alone do not automatically entitle customers to cancel their order.

If you still request cancellation of a pre-order, we may deduct non-recoverable expenses from any possible refund, including:

  • payment processing fees,
  • supplier deposits,
  • special transportation or shipping costs.

If a double payment or transaction error occurs, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Additional Charges & Bank Fees

Please be aware that banks or payment providers may charge additional fees, such as:

  • foreign transaction fees,
  • exchange rate fees,
  • currency conversion costs.

These charges are outside our control and remain the responsibility of the customer.

All payments are processed in the currency shown at checkout. Exchange rates are determined by your bank or payment provider at the time of payment.

Security & Fraud Prevention

We use secure checkout systems and SSL encryption to help protect your personal and payment data.

Transactions that appear suspicious or potentially fraudulent may be temporarily held, reviewed, or cancelled for security reasons.
